   Step 1

   Buy the Basic check or request an Audit

   The Basic check has a fixed price and a fixed scope: you only give us your website and your contact details, then pay through Stripe Checkout. The Audit is quoted for your scope, so you send a request and get an offer back. Either way no account is needed yet, on purpose, so buying is never the hurdle.

   Step 2

   Create an account or sign in, with the same email address

   Your purchase is only linked to an account once you sign in with the exact email address you used at checkout. No account yet: create one with that same address. If the address differs even slightly (a typo, a different company domain), the system cannot find the purchase and your account stays empty.

   Used the wrong address, or lost access? Write to us and we will link the purchase by hand.

   Step 3

   Confirm the scope

   Once you are in your account, you enter the exact site: domains and subdomains, pages that must be included, and the page budget. If anything relevant sits behind a login (checkout, account, booking), enter test credentials here, never a real customer or admin account. The password is stored encrypted, never appears in any report, and you can revoke the account on your end at any time.

   Step 4

   Pick up your result

   The Basic check runs fully automatically across all six layers, and the result is usually ready within an hour. For the Audit we additionally check the unclear cases by hand and sign the statement, which takes a few working days. Either way, you get an email as soon as it is ready, and the status is visible in your account at any time.
