An accessible website is worth little if the registration form sits there as a PDF a screen reader cannot read. Public bodies are hit hardest: statutes, applications, brochures. We find every linked document automatically and tell you per file what is wrong.

Collect the documents
You give us the address, we follow the links on your website and fetch every linked document.
Measure
Every file is read and checked. You get a table: file, finding, urgency.
Decide
Often the fastest route is re-exporting a document from Word or InDesign instead of repairing it afterwards. We say so.
What you have at the end
You get the measured findings per document with date and tool, and after rework the same measurement again.
Price
Fixed price on request. You receive a written quote in advance with a closed list of what is included.
What we do not promise
- We check every document we find. Reworking individual PDFs is agreed in advance, because the effort differs greatly from file to file.
- A scanned document without a text layer is an image. That needs the source or a new version, reworking alone is not enough.
- We check alternative texts where they are missing. Whether an existing text describes the image correctly is decided by a person.
Frequently asked questions
- How many documents will that be for us?
- We know that after collecting them, and so do you. For municipalities double-digit numbers are normal, for an association often a handful.
- Is replacing the PDF with a web page enough?
- Often that is the best solution: a web page is easier to maintain, readable on a phone and unproblematic for screen readers. Where a document is needed for printing or signing, it stays a PDF.
