Every service has a fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. We name it after a short measurement, because a website with five pages is different work from a shop with a thousand products.

PDFs and documents
Number of documents and their state: a PDF re-exported from a clean Word template is minutes, a scanned form without a text layer is its own case.

Starting prices. The first figure is net for businesses, the second the final price including 19 % VAT, as private customers pay it. The fixed price for your project is confirmed in writing after a short measurement.

Process
Request
You send the address and what you need through the form. A few sentences are enough.
Measurement and fixed price
We measure the current state and send an offer: what we do, by when, at what price.
Implementation
In the real code of your website, in your system. No add-on script that merely hides faults.
Proof
The same measurement again, plus a list of every change. You see what improved.
Payment and acceptance
- Smaller jobs are paid up front, larger ones half on order and half on acceptance. The offer states which applies.
- After handover you check the work. If you report no named defect within ten working days, it counts as accepted.
- Maintenance runs monthly, for at least three months, then cancellable monthly.
Questions about pricing
- Why is every price a from-price?
- Because the final price depends on how large the site is and what belongs to it: shop, gated area, number of page templates. A fixed sum without looking at it would be either too high or too low. After the measurement we name a fixed price that does not change afterwards.
- Does the request cost anything?
- No. The request, the measurement for the offer and the offer itself are free and non-binding.
- What if more turns up during the work?
- Then we tell you in writing before continuing. Extra work only happens with your consent and at its own fixed price.
All prices are net in euros, plus VAT. Businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure.
