Accessibility statement

This statement applies to the website percelia.eu including all its subpages, and to the customer dashboard at percelia.eu/dashboard.

Percelia serves companies and public bodies only, so the German Accessibility Act (BFSG) does not oblige us. We publish this statement voluntarily: anyone who audits accessibility has to be measured by their own standard.

Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA and the corresponding requirements of EN 301 549.

Partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. This rating is deliberately conservative and follows the same rule we apply to customer projects: we only claim “fully conformant” once the judgment-bound criteria have also been reviewed by a human and documented.

What has been measured: on 26 July 2026 we assessed the home pages of all three language versions plus the pages /de/scan and /de/blog with our own audit engine. The deterministic layer (the axe-core rule set plus our own WCAG contrast computation on the rendered DOM) reported zero violations on every page tested.

What is still open: the complete, documented human review of the criteria that require a case-by-case judgment, such as whether alternative texts are meaningful, the announcement order and the clarity of error messages. That review is ongoing; we will update the rating once it is complete.

• Reports and conformance statements are delivered as PDF. Those PDFs are not yet fully structurally tagged. On request we provide the same content as HTML, which does meet the requirements.
• Status and severity indicators in the dashboard use colour as an additional signal. They always carry a text label as well, so colour is never the only carrier of information.

If you notice a barrier missing from this list, please tell us. We will add it here even if we cannot fix it immediately.

This statement was prepared on 26 July 2026. It is based on a self-assessment of the pages named above using the Percelia engine. No independent third-party audit has taken place.

If you need content in another form, for example a report as HTML or in plain language, we provide it at no extra cost.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the market surveillance authority responsible under the German Accessibility Act. That Act does not apply to our offering as it is not consumer-facing; regardless, we treat every report seriously and handle it like a statutory complaint.

We sell digital accessibility audits. A provider that will not open up its own website is not credible. So this page states not only what works but also what is still open. How our methodology works in detail is described in the VPAT template and in the guide.
