Percelia is a web studio near Freiburg, Germany. We build websites and online shops, repair what does not work and look after both afterwards. What sets us apart is not size or a reference list, but our own testing software, which measures every job before and after.

Owner, developer and contact person in one
Percelia is a one-person business, and it says so here because you should know before you place a job. I build the sites myself, write the testing software that measures them, and answer the requests that arrive here. If you would rather talk than type: the number is in the footer, a short call is welcome and costs nothing.
How we work
In writing, not in meetings
Request, quote, questions and handover all happen in writing. That is usually faster than a meeting, and you can read back every agreement later. If a call is genuinely needed, we will of course call.
Fixed price before the work
We measure first and then name a price that holds. No hourly billing that grows as a project goes on, and no invoice you did not expect.
Measuring instead of claiming
Every job comes with a figure before and one after, with the tool and the date. You can verify each of them yourself, the tools for that are free.
Our own testing software
We built it ourselves because the free tools only see part of the picture. It checks a page on six levels and is measured against the official W3C test suite.
What we are not
We are not a large firm with departments. That means you always talk to the person doing the work, and we turn down what falls outside our field instead of taking it on anyway. What we never sell: an overlay widget that masks barriers on load, or a promise that a website is legally accessible afterwards. Neither holds up.
